What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
- If the reservation is canceled or modified within 30 days before your arrival, you will have a penalty of 100% of the total value of your reservation.

What is the value of the hotel insurance? Is it included in the reservation?
The value of the entrance to the park has a value depending on the age, nationality and season in which you travel, there is also a charge for daily insurance to cover risks during your stay inside the Tayrona park.
