What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you will get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.


How to use it?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the reservation process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.


General conditions of use:

A promotional code can only be applied to the room and board portion of your reservation.

Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the reservation.

Only one promotional code can be applied to a reservation.

Tequendama Hoteles reserves the right to apply or not apply a promotional code.

Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code has specific conditions.

These conditions can be viewed on the campaign or offer information page related to the code (for example, code expiration dates and hotels to which the code can be applied).

Do you accept pets on the property?

We are a pet friendly hotel that accepts pets up to 25 kg with an additional cost per stay (depends on the breed).

Accommodation, breakfast and transportation at specific times.

What additional cost services does the hotel have?

The rate includes breakfast?

Yes, all rates include breakfast.

What type of breakfast is served and at what time?

The hotel serves a la carte breakfast from Monday to Sunday from 06:00 am to 10:00 am.

Do you have transportation service to the island?

Included in the rate is the transportation service included at specific times for the day of your arrival and the day of your departure.

What schedules do you have for the transportation service?

Our schedules are:

Two schedules in the morning at 9:00AM or 10:00AM, the boats will leave as spaces are filled.

Return time

Two schedules in the afternoon at 4:00PM or 5:00PM, the boats will leave as spaces are filled.


Do they have air conditioning?

Our accommodation has air conditioning.

Does the accommodation have an ocean view?

We do not have ocean views in our accommodation.
