• Discounts do not add up to other offers.
• Subject to the reservation policies of each of the Tequendama Hoteles accommodation establishments.
• Subject to availability of rooms for the offer.
• Discounts apply to the rack rate in all hotels.
• The rate does not include VAT of 19%.
• This rate does not allow modifications or cancellations of your reservation. It is not refundable.
• Does not apply for corporate negotiations or for reservations of more than five (5) rooms.
• The system will not allow you to enter to make the reservation if you are not affiliated with any of the entities with which Sociedad Tequendama SA has an agreement.
• The details of the reservation holder and the initially registered companions cannot be modified later.
• If more than one room is taken in the name of the member of any of the entities, they must have the same arrival and departure date.
• For reservations that generate a No Show (non-presentation of the guest at the hotel), 100% of the accommodation rate will be charged for the entire stay.
• Hotel insurance is additional and must be paid directly by the client.
• If additional people appear at the time of check-in, the guest must pay the total value for these companions at the general public rate; discounts from the agreement will not apply.
