Payment and cancellation conditions: 

Rate that requires a 100% payment of the reservation. No cancellations are allowed, modifications must be requested 48 hours prior to Check In. The hotel may charge 100% of the reservation at any time. In the event that the credit card provided as a guarantee is not effective or valid to process the payment, the hotel will inform via email requesting a new guarantee card to process the payment. If no response to this notification is received the hotel may cancel the reservation without prior notice.  

Tax exemption policy:  

All persons residing in Colombia must pay VAT of 19% on the value of each reservation made in this medium, this from January 1, 2023. It is important to mention that foreign or Colombian persons not residing in the country are exempted from this 19% VAT, this if the purpose of the trip is: Tourist, participation in cultural, sporting, business, convention or cultural events, tourist groups of cruise type maritime treatment. To make this tax exemption effective, the passport must have the stamp with the PT code with a validity of 90 days.
