Payment and Cancellation Conditions:

Rate that requires 100% payment of the reservation. Cancellations are not allowed; modifications must be requested 48 hours before Check-In. The hotel may charge 100% of the reservation at any time. In the event that the credit card provided as a guarantee is not effective or valid to process the payment, the hotel will inform you via email requesting a new guarantee card to process the payment. If no response to this notification is received, the hotel may cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Tax Exemption Policy:

All people residing in Colombia must pay VAT of 19% on the value of each reservation made in this medium, starting on January 1, 2023. It is important to mention that foreigners or Colombians not residing in the country are exempt from this 19% VAT, this if the purpose of the trip is: Tourism, participation in cultural, sports, business, conventions or cultural events, tourist groups of maritime treatment type cruise. To make this tax exemption effective, the passport must have the stamp with the PT code with a validity of 90 days.
