• If the reserved rate has a flexible policy, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty.
• If the reserved rate has a non-refundable policy, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.

Hotel insurance has a value of $6,000 per person/per night and is not included in the reservation, this value must be paid once you check-in.

There are two ways to pay 100% of your reservation:

1. You must write to the emailreservations@tequendamasuites.com indicating that you wish to pay 100% of your reservation
2. The second way to pay 100% of your reservation is on the hotel page https://www.tequendamasuites.com/ at the bottom you will find a “pay here” button there you can enter all your card information and be able to make payment for your reservation.

Cash, American Express credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, virtual payments through payment forms, consignments.

To make use of your promotional codes, you must enter the Tequendama Hoteles platform and in the reservation box in the (PROMO CODE) section, enter the word or code provided, select the hotel and the period.

To be part of our prestigious Tequendama Rewards loyalty program, you must register in our database, in the “Tequendama Rewards” section located in the upper right, click on register, filling out the information in the form and once you If you have registered, you will receive confirmation of registration by email.

To access your account once you have registered, you must enter your email and there finish your registration to obtain your username and assign a password to your account.
