The plans contain a non-refundable fee. It requires a 100% payment of the reservation. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. The hotel may charge 100% of the reservation at any time upon confirmation of the reservation.

TAX EXEMPTION POLICY

To apply the tax exemption as a foreign citizen, it is essential to present the passport with the stamp that includes the PT code and a validity of 90 days at the time of check-in at the front desk. Otherwise the VAT of 19% on the value of the reservation must be paid.
